Kairosbet Site Terms

These terms govern the acceptable use of the Kairosbet platform. Registering an account constitutes full acceptance. Read all sections before depositing.

1. Eligibility

Players must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Kairosbet platform. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to create accounts or place bets.

By registering, users confirm they are of legal gambling age in their country of residence. Kairosbet reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time.

2. Account Registration

Each user may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Kairosbet will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to a user’s account.

Account sharing is not permitted. Each account must be used exclusively by the registered holder for acceptable use of the platform services.

3. Identity Verification

Kairosbet may request identity documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before first withdrawal, or in response to unusual activity. Supported documents include government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

Withdrawal requests may be held pending verification completion. If documents are not provided within 30 days of the request, Kairosbet reserves the right to close the account and return the deposited balance minus any bonus funds claimed.

4. Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the user’s own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Kairosbet does not charge fees on deposits, though payment providers may apply their own fees.

Minimum deposit amounts are €10 for cryptocurrency and €20 for fiat payment methods. Deposits are credited to the account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment network.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is €20 across all methods. Monthly withdrawal limits are set at up to €30,000 for standard accounts.

Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval. Fiat withdrawals via card or e-wallet clear within 1–3 business days. Kairosbet reserves the right to request identity documents before releasing large withdrawals.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts automatically or upon redemption of a valid promotional code. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person. Bonus abuse, including collusive play, self-referrals, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms, will result in account suspension.

Promotional terms, including minimum deposits, eligible games, and expiry dates, are published on the Promotions page and may be updated without prior notice. The acceptable use of promotional funds is limited to games specified in each offer’s terms.

7. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard requirement is 40x the bonus amount. Free spin winnings carry the same 40x multiplier on the total winnings credited.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games may contribute 10–20% or be excluded entirely. The maximum bet while wagering is €5 per round.

8. Games and Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use prohibited automation tools constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
